LinkedIn users sometimes enter their information incorrectly. It may be their job title, company, or even their own name. If that’s the case, you can update the information in We-Connect to ensure your campaigns are correct.
How To Edit Contact Information
You can edit a contact’s information in the ‘Contacts’ or ‘Saved Lists’ tab of We-Connect.
Step 1: Choose the contact you want to edit & select the edit icon.
You can find the edit icon beside a contact’s name on their contact card.
Step 2: Make amendments to the contact’s info and save.
You can choose to edit a contact’s first name, last name, job title, and company. Don’t forget to save your changes after you finish editing.
Note: As of September 4th, 2024, any changes you make to contact information will be displayed in campaigns to those contacts. For example, if you change a contact’s name from ‘Nick’ to ‘John,’ any message using a [FIRST_NAME] dynamic field will populate as John instead of Nick.
