You can export campaign reports, profile information, and other stored data to a CSV file, native integration, or via a webhook. Below is the description of all the data fields and the type of data included in the CSV download.

How To Export Data:

As mentioned, you can export campaign data from a number of places within We-Connect. Here are some of the ways you can export data in We-Connect.

Export a campaign report:

Step 1: Navigate to the campaign manager and click on the ellipsis (three dots).

Step 2: Choose to 'Export' or 'Export Stats.'

By selecting 'Export,' We-Connect will export all contact data related to that campaign, including names, company names, job titles, and contact information.

If you select 'Export Stats,' We-Connect will create a CSV file containing your campaign progress, including the number of new connections, replies, and actions you have taken.

Export a saved search:

Step 1: From the 'Saved Lists' tab of the 'Settings' menu, click the ellipsis next to the list you want to export.

The exported CSV list contains any information We-Connect has associated with the contact, including name, company name, LinkedIn profile URL, job title, education, and experience.

Export network or campaign contacts:

Step 1: From the 'My Contacts' tab of We-Connect, select the contacts you want to export by clicking on their profile photo in the leftmost column.

Step 2: Click the 'Export' icon from the top right corner of your screen.

What will a campaign report display?

When exporting a CSV file of a campaign report, it will contain the following data fields:

  1. First Name

  2. Middle Name

  3. Last Name

  4. LinkedIn profile URL

  5. Job Title

  6. Company Name

  7. Education

  8. Location

  9. Address

  10. Industry

  11. Website URL

  12. Twitter Handle

  13. Email (only 1st-degree connections or public profiles)

  14. Phone (only 1st-degree connections or public profiles)

  15. Connection Date, formatted: MM/DD/YYYY - Hour-Minute-AM/PM

  16. Connection Request Sent, formatted: MM/DD/YYYY - Hour-Minute-AM/PM

Note that this information can vary depending on the completeness of a contact's profile and your connection status. To get the maximum amount of data on a contact, we recommend waiting until the end of your campaign to export data.

If you have any additional questions about exporting campaign data from We-Connect, don't hesitate to contact our support team using the blue icon in the bottom right corner of our website or app.
