Here is how to set up a " Message 1st Connections campaign"

In this article we are using the 1st connections search from Sales Navigator. The process is similar if you want to import the search list from regular LinkedIn search.

Step 1: On Sales Navigator, click on the Lead Filters button. Please check the image below:

Step 2: Select 1st degree connections in the relationship box. You can now select any other search filters provided by Sales Navigator. In this example we have selected " California: as geography. You can select multiple filters if you want. You can copy the search URL from the browser or save the search and copy the saved search URL from Sales Navigator. Please check the image below:

Step 3: Go to We-Connect app and on the campaigns menu page, please click Add new button. Please check the image below:

Step 4: Now, we are on the campaign setup page here you can add a campaign name, choose search as the lead source and select LinkedIn search URL from the search type. Once done, you will see the form to enter search URL (paste the search URL you have copied from Sales Navigator) and below enter the list name and select 1st connections as the connection type and hit continue. Please check the image below:

Step 5: On the sequences tab, you can create multiple action types apart from just sending messages. For eg. you can set your 1st sequence step to Endorse and the 2nd step to send a Message. Please check the image below:

On the messaging step, you can use our AI Writer to generate a message and also attach an image or a file such as word, excel or pdf if needed. Choose the appropriate actions and add as many steps you need based on set intervals and hit continue.

Step 6: On the settings tab, you can add the daily action limits, randomize the actions, select appropriate advanced filters such as "Exclude contacts if found in another campaign" etc. and create a custom schedule for the campaign. Please check the image below:

Step 7: Lastly, you can review the campaign details, sequences and settings make any corrections if needed and finally launch the campaign.

Note: You can exit the campaign during any part of the campaign-setup process and the system will automatically save your campaign as draft.
