The campaign manager is where you can update big-picture and small-picture items with your campaigns. Some of the capabilities include:
Add contacts to your campaign
Pause, stop, resume, or mark a campaign as pending
View recent activity and track results
Edit the campaign sequence
Update the daily action limit and other campaign settings
Manage campaign inbox
To access the campaign manager, navigate to the 'Campaigns' tab of We-Connect.
Here, you can manage individual campaigns and observe activity from a top-down view.
How to stop or pause a campaign
You can stop or pause a campaign at any time from the campaign manager. Here's how:
Step 1: Navigate to the campaign manager.
Step 2: Select the 'Pause' or 'Stop' icon next to the campaign on which you want to take the desired action.
You can select multiple campaigns if you want to take action on multiple campaigns at once.
If you select 'Pause,' new activity will stop, but follow-up messages/actions will continue to be automated. Essentially, this allows you to close and finish a campaign's natural cycle before turning it off or deleting it entirely.
If you select 'Stop,' all campaign activity will halt.
How to resume a campaign
If you have stopped or paused a campaign, you can resume it at any time. Here's how:
Step 1: Navigate to the campaign manager.
Step 2: Click the 'Resume' icon next to the campaigns you want to take action on.
You can resume multiple campaigns at the same time by selecting the campaigns from the left side of the campaign manager (on the left of the campaign name).
How to set a campaign as pending
You can set one or more campaigns as pending. Once you do so, the activity will pause until the other active campaign(s) are completed.
If you have multiple pending campaigns, they will activated based on whichever was created first. For example, if you created campaign A at 10 am and campaign C at 1 pm that same day, campaign A will activate first.
Step 1: Navigate to the campaign manager.
Step 2: Select the campaign(s) you want to set as pending and click the 'Pending' icon.
How to add contacts to a campaign
You can add contacts to a campaign at any time from multiple locations within the campaign manager. Here's how:
Step 1: Navigate to the campaign manager and select the campaign you wish to take action on.
Step 2: Select 'Add list' from the 'Overview' or 'Contacts' tab.
As mentioned above, you can add contacts to a campaign from both the 'Overview' and 'Contacts' tab while managing an individual campaign.
Step 3: Select a list of previously saved contacts to add.
