You can remove, pause, or blacklist contacts from an active campaign from two places.
From My Contacts:
Step 1: From the 'My Contacts' page, filter contacts by your desired criteria.
You can filter contacts by a number of options, including campaign, stage, and status.
Step 2: Select the contacts you want to take action on and choose to remove, pause, or blacklist contacts.
You can select all contacts using the icon next to 'Name & Title' or choose individual contacts by selecting the profile photos of the contacts you want to act on.
From the Campaign Manager:
Step 1: From the campaign manage, click the campaign that you want to manage contacts within.
Step 2: Navigate to the contacts tab.
From the contacts tab, you can filter contacts by status (connected, replied), stage, and saved list.
Step 3: Select the contacts and choose your desired action.
You can select the contacts you want to remove, pause or blacklist in a few different ways:
Select all contacts by checking the box to the left side of the 'Name & Title' text.
Select individual contacts by clicking profile photos.
Search for contacts by name or company name.
