It's important to set a schedule for your campaigns to ensure your outreach is timely and effective.
The default schedule and time zone is set to start Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Eastern Time. However, you can create custom schedules depending on your campaign needs.
You can manage your campaign schedules in two locations:
From the campaign manager:
Step 1: Select an existing campaign or create a new campaign.
The campaign manager is where you can manage all your campaign-related activity, including replies, contacts, and steps of your sequence.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Settings' tab of the campaign builder and click on your campaign schedule.
If you are building a new campaign, you must complete the previous steps (selecting a contact list and choosing campaign steps) before you go to the settings tab.
Step 3: Edit or create a new campaign schedule.
We recommend creating a new campaign schedule for each campaign (to target the time zone of the contacts you are targeting).
Note: If you edit an existing schedule, the changes will be applied to all campaigns that use the corresponding schedule.
Step 4: Select your preferred time zone, days, and hours for your campaign schedule.
When creating a new schedule you'll need to enter the following information:
Schedule name
Time zone
Schedule days
Schedule hours
From the Schedules page in the Settings menu:
You can also add or edit schedules from the 'Schedules' page in the settings menu.
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Schedules' page from the settings menu.
Step 2: Select a schedule to edit or 'Add New' to create a new campaign schedule.
From here, you can set up your campaign schedule following the instructions above in step 4.
To share the schedule with another LinkedIn account in your plan, select the schedule and hit the 'share' icon. A dropdown window will appear, allowing you to select the appropriate LinkedIn account with which to share it. Then, select the account and hit share.
