Here is how you can use We-Connect as an agency and grow your business:
Add and manage multiple clients:
You can add as many LinkedIn profiles as you want. You can follow this article to learn how to add additional LinkedIn profiles to your account.
Don't forget: You'll need the same number of seats as a number of connected LinkedIn profiles, meaning you might need to upgrade your subscription.
You can also downgrade your plan and remove the LinkedIn profiles as and when you want. If you add seats during the middle of your billing cycle, we charge your card only for the prorated charges. Similarly, we'll credit your account if you downgrade anytime during your billing cycle.
Easily Switch LinkedIn Profiles from your Dashboard
As an admin, you can manage all LinkedIn profiles connected to your LinkedIn account from one dashboard. This means any admin can view, create, edit, and pause campaigns, saving time across your org.
To do so, click the switch icon in the top right (next to the notifications icon). As you hover your mouse on the switch icon, you will see all the LinkedIn profiles you have access to, as well as the status of those accounts.
You can use the search bar to easily search for a specific LinkedIn profile.
Team management:
We-Connect allows you to add team members (users who can manage LinkedIn profiles but cannot connect to their own LinkedIn) for free. When adding a new team member, you can customize that user's access level by selecting from a number of permissions.
Follow the steps outlined in this article to set up a team member on We-Connect and manage their permissions.
Privacy:
We-Connect will never send email notifications to your client's LinkedIn profile. All emails, app notifications, and updates are sent to agency admins.

If you have a question outside of our availability, you can leave a message for our team with your name and LinkedIn profile URL. We will respond as soon as we return to the office.
Pricing:
Volume discounts are available and applied automatically to your account if you have 25+ seats. You can see the available discount directly in your account from the billing page. Simplify, edit your plan, and enter the number of seats you'd like; the adjusted price will be reflected at the bottom of the screen (you'll need to save these changes to adjust your plan).

Adding LinkedIn Profiles: Before you add a new profile that does not have an existing We-Connect account, please make sure:
You can access the security PIN sent by LinkedIn. The security PIN is sent directly by LinkedIn to the primary email associated with the LinkedIn account. The PIN validity is only 10 minutes. You will need to enter the PIN on the pop-up displayed on We-Connect within 10 minutes.
Deleting Profiles: Deleting profiles will not reduce your charges. You will also need to downgrade your plan, as explained in this article. Once you delete a profile, all account data will be deleted, and a license will be freed. You can now add another client if you need.
