How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing menu.

Here's the step-by-step process:

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Billing' page in the settings menu.

From the billing page, you'll have easy access to your current subscription, past invoices,

Step 2: From the 'Plans' tab, click on 'Edit plan' to change the number of seats on your plan.

You can cancel your subscription at the top right corner of this screen.

Step 3: Edit the number of active seats and save changes.

On the next page, you can enter the total number of seats you want. As you change the number of seats, We-Connect will automatically prorate your charge, as shown below.
