Importing a Sales Navigator lead list into We-Connect is as simple as taking the saved search URL and pasting it into We-Connect.

Many people make the mistake of copying the search URL immediately after saving the search (in step 2). Remember that you need to keep the search URL, as shown in step 5. The LinkedIn URL string automatically shortens with fewer characters in this step than a longer search URL that gets generated in step 2.

Step 1: Save a search in Sales Navigator.

Step 2: Click on the saved searches.

Step 3: Choose the saved search you want to import to We-Connect.

You will land on the Saved lead searches table; you can then edit the name of your search and click on it.

Step 4: Copy the URL from the saved list page.

Step 5: Navigate to the 'import' tab of the 'My Contacts' page of We-Connect.

Step 6: Paste the URL into the 'LinkedIn Search URL' import option.

On this page, you'll be prompted to name your list and select the connection degree (1st, 2nd, or 3rd-degree connections).
