Here are the steps to import contacts from LinkedIn Recruiter into We-Connect:
Step 1: Create a new search by selecting your criteria and clicking search.
Step 2: Once the search results load, go to the search history page.
Step 3: From the search history page, select the last search you executed (the search parameters will also be displayed) and copy the link address.
You can also load the search from the search history table and copy the URL from the browser once the search results are loaded (pls check the image below):
Step 4: Navigate to the 'Import' icon from the 'My Contacts' tab of We-Connect.
You can also import contacts from the campaign builder, when designing your next campaign.
Step 5: Paste the Recruiter search URL into the We-Connect search bar and click save.
You'll also need to:
Name your list
Select the connection type (1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree connections).
We-Connect may take a few minutes to display your results. You can check the progress of your campaign from the 'Saved List' page in the settings menu.
You can now import contacts from Recruiter lists and saved searches. The process remains the same: Copy the URL from your projects or saved searches and paste it on the We-Connect search page to import the contacts list.
Note:
LinkedIn doesn't allow two concurrent sessions on a recruiter plan.
To avoid LinkedIn triggering security pins, we recommend that you do not log into your recruiter account while importing the list from LinkedIn Recruiter.
