You can import contacts from LinkedIn/Sales Navigator/Recruiter search results, saved lists, groups, event attendees, and engaged users on posts.
Here's the step-by-step process:
Step 1: From 'My Contacts,' select the 'Import' icon.
You can also import contacts from the 'Saved Lists' page in the settings menu or while building a new campaign.
Step 2: Choose the search type to import a LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter list.
There are four options (other than the CSV or integration import) that you can use to import contacts directly from LinkedIn.
LinkedIn Search URL: Import search results or saved lists from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
LinkedIn Group URL: Import members of LinkedIn groups using a group URL or search results URL from Sales Navigator with a group filter.
LinkedIn Events: Import registered attendees or past attendees from a LinkedIn event.
LinkedIn Posts: Import engaged contacts on LinkedIn posts.
Step 3: Enter the search URL, list name, and connection type.
You'll need to enter the following:
Copy the URL from LinkedIn based on the search type you selected in Step 1 and paste it into We-Connect.
Enter a name for the list you want to import.
Select the connection type (you can choose from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-degree connections).
Once you've imported the required information, click 'Save & Import.'
Your list is now saved and will begin importing the contacts in the background.
You can check the status of the list from the 'Saved Lists' page from the settings menu (see screenshot below).
Note:
If you are using Sales Navigator, you can also save the search first. Then, copy and paste the saved search URL.
The search will display up to 2500 results if you are using Sales Navigator and 1000 if you are using a free LinkedIn account. Unnamed profiles, or "LinkedIn members," will not be included since you can not invite unnamed or anonymous contacts on LinkedIn.
The search results may take a few minutes to populate to keep your LinkedIn account safe.
