You can now easily share your saved lists, templates, saved replies and schedules with another LinkedIn account in your plan or to another We-Connect account. This will help your team members, colleagues, or clients save time and quickly use the data you have already created.
How to share Saved Lists?
Go to your “Saved Lists” page and select the list you want to share. Click the share button that you will see on the top right of the table once you select a record, just select the LinkedIn account from the dropdown and click the Share button. That's all the list will now appear on the saved lists page for the LinkedIn account you have selected.

How to share Saved Replies?
Go to your “Saved Replies” page and select the reply you want to share. Click the share button that you will see on the top right of the table once you select a record, just select the LinkedIn account from this dropdown and click the Share button. That's all the reply will now appear on the saved replies page for the LinkedIn account you have selected.

You also have the option to download the selected record, this is ideal if you want to share it with another We-Connect account. The other We-Connect account holder can import the data within a few clicks. On the settings menu, you will see “Import data” menu, just select the data type and upload the file.
How to share Templates?
Go to your “Templates” page and select the template you want to share. Click the share button that you will see on the top right of the table once you select a record, just select the LinkedIn account from this dropdown and click the Share button. That's all the template will now appear on the templates page for the LinkedIn account you have selected.
