The new ‘saved replies” feature is designed to help you answer the frequently asked questions instantly. You can now save your replies and reuse them by simply inserting them in the message box. You can save unlimited answers, and if your list becomes long, you can use the search bar on the top to find the saved reply.

So no more copy-pasting and switching browsers or screens to find your content.

You can also edit and delete the replies. The feature is simple to use and will save you a lot of time.
