Remove, Pause, Blacklist contacts from a campaign

You can remove, pause or blacklist contacts from your active campaign from two places.

1. From My Contacts page: Here you can filter the contacts by the campaign, stage status etc. Once done, select the contacts and click the remove, pause, or blacklist button.

2. From the Campaign Manager

(a) Go to the campaign manager and click the name of the campaign from which you want to remove, pause or blacklist the contacts.

(b) Select the Contacts tab.

You can now select the contacts you want to remove, pause or blacklist in multiple ways:
You can sort contacts by status category i.e. pending, failed, removed, etc.
OR
Select All
OR
Select individual contacts
OR
Search for contacts by name or company name and then select

Once you have selected your contacts by clicking the checkbox, you will see the remove, pause and blacklist buttons. Just hit the appropriate button for the required action.
