Once your campaign is live, the campaign overview page is your central hub for monitoring performance, reviewing contact activity, and managing conversations. This article walks you through everything available across the three tabs: Overview, Stats, and Inbox.
To access the campaign overview, click on any campaign name from the Campaign Manager.
The campaign header
At the top of the page you will find:
Campaign name: Click the pencil icon to rename the campaign at any time.
Created at / Last updated: Timestamps showing when the campaign was first created and when it was last modified.
Campaign status: Displayed as a badge in the top-right corner. A green Live badge means the campaign is actively running. A red Stopped badge means it has been paused. Click the play button next to the status badge to resume a stopped campaign.
Overview tab
The Overview tab shows the live workflow canvas alongside a real-time activity feed. This is where you can inspect how contacts are moving through each node and review what actions have been taken.
Workflow canvas
The canvas displays your full workflow in read-only mode. Every node shows a set of counters beneath it representing contact activity at that step. You can zoom in and out using the controls at the bottom-left of the canvas.
Clicking any node opens a panel on the right side with two tabs:
Overview tab (node panel)
Shows the configuration of the selected node as it was set up, including time delay, message content, and any other settings. This is a read-only view of the node. Click Edit in the top-right of the panel to make changes to the node.
Contacts tab (node panel)
Shows a list of all contacts currently at that node, along with a count badge. For each contact you can see their name, title, and current status at that step. This gives you a real-time view of where each contact is in the workflow at any given moment.
Start campaign setup node
Clicking the Start campaign setup node opens the campaign settings panel with three tabs: Audience, AI & Business Snapshot, and Settings. These display the current configuration of your campaign. Click Edit on any tab to update the settings.
Activities panel
When no node is selected, the right side of the canvas shows the Activities panel. This is a chronological feed of every action taken by the campaign, grouped by time period (Earlier this week, Earlier this month).
Each activity entry shows the action taken, the contact it was applied to (as a clickable link), and the date and time it occurred.
Use the All activity dropdown in the top-right of the panel to filter the feed by activity type.
Stats tab
The Stats tab gives you a full performance breakdown of the campaign. It is divided into three sections.
Campaign progress stats
A row of metric cards at the top of the page showing the overall contact totals across the campaign:
Total contacts: The total number of contacts in the campaign.
Queued: Contacts waiting to be processed by the next step in their workflow path.
In Progress: Contacts started step 1 and are in the workflow process.
Accepted: Contacts who accepted a connection request.
Replied: Contacts who replied to a message or email.
Paused: Contacts either manually paused or when a reply is detected.
Completed: Contacts who have reached an End workflow node and finished the campaign.
Excluded: Contacts who were excluded from the campaign based on your settings.
Failed: Contacts where an action could not be completed.
Activity chart
The chart shows a day-by-day breakdown of all actions taken by the campaign. Use the LinkedIn and Email toggle icons at the top-left to switch between channel views.
Use the This month dropdown at the top-right to change the date range.
The legend below the chart shows all tracked action types including Invited, Accepted, Visited, Messaged, AI assisted reply, InMail, Premium InMail, Liked, Followed, Endorsed, Removed, Withdrawn, Unfollowed, Company invited, Company withdrawn, Event invited, and Event Withdrawn.
LinkedIn and Email activity cards
Below the chart, two cards show channel-specific performance metrics:
LinkedIn campaign activity:

Positive replies %
Email campaign activity:

Each card has a date range filter in the top-right corner.
Overall Engagement performance
A third card shows three donut charts summarizing the campaign's overall engagement:
Total Outreach: The total number of contacts reached.
Acceptance Rate: The percentage of connection requests that were accepted.
Response Rate: The percentage of contacts who replied to any outreach.
Inbox tab
The Inbox tab is where you manage all contact conversations and review individual contact details. It has two views: List view and Conversation view.
List view
The default view shows all contacts in the campaign as a table with the following columns:
Name & Title: Contact name and job title.
Company: The contact's company.
Email: The contact's email address if available.
Status: The contact's current campaign status. Statuses include Queued and Completed.
Tags: Any tags applied to the contact.
Action: Options to pause, edit, or remove the contact from the campaign.
Use Search to find a specific contact by name. Use Display column to show or hide columns. Use Items per page to control how many contacts are shown per page. Pagination controls appear at the bottom of the list.
Filtering contacts
Click Filter to open the filter panel. You can filter contacts by:
Campaign Activity
LinkedIn Actions
LinkedIn Message Activity
Email Activity
Company
Job title
Tags
Click Apply to apply the selected filters or Reset to clear them.
Contact profile
Click on any contact row to open their full profile. The profile panel has three sections:
On the left: the contact list remains visible so you can navigate between contacts without closing the panel.
In the center: the contact's profile information including photo, name, title, LinkedIn link, About section, and all contact fields (first name, last name, phone, location, title, company, industry, website, email, education, status). A See all contact info link shows additional fields. Custom fields are shown at the bottom.
On the right: five tabs for managing the contact:
Activity: A chronological timeline of every action taken with this contact in the campaign, including the action type, channel, and timestamp.
Tags: View and manage tags applied to this contact.
Message: View LinkedIn message history with this contact.
Email: View email history with this contact.
Notes: Add and view internal notes about this contact.
Conversation view
Click Conversation view to switch to a messaging interface. This view is designed for managing active conversations directly from the campaign.
The left panel shows a list of all contacts who have replied, with a search bar and filter and refresh icons at the top. Each entry shows the contact name and a preview of the last message.
The center panel shows the full message thread for the selected contact. Use the LinkedIn and Email tabs at the top to switch between channel conversations for that contact. Message sorting can be changed using the Oldest on top dropdown.
The message composer at the bottom has two tabs:
Chat: Type and send a message directly to the contact. The toolbar includes emoji, code, attachment, voice note, and AI assist options. A timer icon allows scheduling the message for a later time. Click Send to send immediately.
Note: Add a private internal note visible only to your team. Notes are not sent to the contact.
The right panel shows the contact's profile with four tabs: Profile, Tags, Activity, and Notes.
Email conversations
Click the Email tab in the conversation view to see email threads with the contact. Emails are displayed as threaded conversations showing the full message history. You can reply directly or forward an email from within the conversation view.
