Contact Enrichment automatically keeps your contact records up to date with verified LinkedIn data. There's nothing to configure. It runs in the background and refreshes contact data every 90 days.
How it works
We-Connect maps your contacts against a database of 200 million+ contacts and updates their records with fresh, accurate data. Matching works in two ways:
LinkedIn URL: contacts with a LinkedIn URL are matched and enriched with up to date data from their LinkedIn profile
Email address: contacts without a LinkedIn URL are matched against our 200 million+ contact database using their email address, and updated if a profile is matched
What gets enriched
We-Connect automatically updates the following fields for each contact:
Profile photo
Job title and company
Location
Industry
Experience and education
LinkedIn URL
When enrichment runs
Enrichment runs automatically and does not require an active LinkedIn campaign. This means:
Contacts imported from LinkedIn search are enriched at the point of import
Contacts imported via CSV are enriched as long as they have a LinkedIn URL or email address
Contact data is refreshed every 90 days to keep records accurate over time.
Where to see enriched data
Enriched contact details are visible when you open an individual contact record. Updated fields are also included when you export your contacts.

Contact Enrichment is free for all We-Connect customers.
Coming soon
Email enrichment and company enrichment are planned as upcoming features. These will draw on additional data sources beyond LinkedIn and will require enrichment credits to use.
