Sending the exact same email repeatedly can trip spam filters or look generic. By using AI Spintax, your emails will include multiple variations, making your outreach seem more natural, which helps your messages land in inboxes.

What is Spintax?

Spintax in We-Connect is a feature that allows you to create multiple, varied versions of your email content. Instead of writing the exact same message every time, you can set up different phrases or sentences, and We-Connect will automatically generate a unique combination for each email it sends. This means every recipient gets a slightly (or significantly) different version of your message, preventing repetition.

How To Use AI Spintax Writer

You can access AI Spintax Writer when drafting an email for your campaign. If you're still learning how to set up a campaign, you can follow along with this article (or video!).

Step 1: Go to the email step within your campaign and draft your initial email content.

Step 2: Look for the AI button in the editor, then click on "AI Spintax."

We-Connect's AI will automatically create two new variations for each sentence in your email, presenting them to you in Spintax format.

Step 3: Preview your spintax variations.

Click the ‘Preview’ icon to see how your email will look with different combinations. This helps you make sure the variations still sound natural and on-brand.

Step 4: Review each email variation.

Click ‘Spin next’ to scroll through each version of your email. You can also send a test email to yourself (or a teammate) by clicking ‘Send test email’ and entering the address you want to test with.

Once you're happy with your spintaxed email, you can proceed with building, scheduling, or launching your campaign.
