Zoho CRM users can now streamline their workflows with our We-Connect integration. Here’s what you can do:
Effortlessly sync contacts between Zoho CRM and We-Connect for better data consistency.
Enrich your Zoho CRM database with LinkedIn-based details like job titles, industries, and more.
Stay informed with real-time updates in Zoho CRM for campaign events such as connection approvals or message responses.
How to set up We-Connect’s Zoho integration:
You can manage all of We-Connect’s integrations from the ‘Integrations’ page of the settings menu.
Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Integrations’ tab of the settings menu.
We’ll start in the settings tab of We-Connect. Select “All Apps” to display all available integrations (not including APIs and webhooks).
Step 2: Click ‘Connect’ under Zoho and choose which LinkedIn account to connect.
Once you have selected ‘Connect,’ a popup will appear, asking you to choose which LinkedIn profile you want to connect to Zoho.
Note: You will need to integrate each LinkedIn account individually.
Step 3: Review and approve permissions on Zoho.
When continuing, We-Connect will redirect you to Zoho. From this page, you can give We-Connect access to specific permissions. This is necessary to finish setting up the integration.
Step 4: Click ‘Settings’ under Zoho to finalize the settings for the integration.
After approving access, you will be directed back to We-Connect. In the Zoho box, you’ll notice a yellow exclamation mark, which informs you that you still need to finish setting up the integration.
Click ‘Settings.’ You can also click ‘Disconnect’ to remove the integration at any time.
Step 5: Map contact properties in both directions.
You’ll need to map contact properties in two directions: from We-Connect to Zoho and from Zoho to We-Connect. By default, We-Connect will match properties together (for example, matching ‘first name’ with ‘first name’ and ‘last name’ with ‘last name’).
However, you can map the contact properties in any way you see fit. Additionally, add properties that were not generated automatically by clicking ‘Add a property’ (you can use these new properties in dynamic fields in your messaging).
Once you’re finished with one direction, click next to complete mapping in the other direction.
Step 6: Complete your syncing settings.
There are a few more syncing settings that determine how data flows between We-Connect and Zoho. After mapping the contact properties, click ‘Next’ to access the final settings page.
From the ‘Settings’ tab of the Zoho integration, you can change the following:
Sync direction: Choose between a one-way (only from Zoho or We-Connect) and two-way sync (data flows between both tools). We recommend two-way sync as it offers the most functionality.
Data priority: Choose to sync only contacts with LinkedIn URLs, emails, or both.
Contact sync (from Zoho): You can choose how We-Connect handles updated and new contact information. You can also choose to import specific lists from Zoho.
Contact sync (from We-Connect): You can choose how Zoho handles updated and new contact information. You can import all contacts from specific campaigns or only import contacts based on specific campaign events (such as when a contact replies or is marked as a lead).
Once you’re done adjusting the settings (these can be changed at any time), click ‘Sync and Save’ to start syncing contacts.
If you want to sync Zoho contacts to a specific list within We-Connect, follow the steps in this article.
