AI feedback

Learn how to rate AI replies, lead scores, and post insights with a thumbs up or down, and tell us what was wrong so future AI results improve.

Written by Alex

We-Connect uses AI to score leads, read the intent behind LinkedIn post engagement, and write replies to your contacts. AI can get things wrong, so every one of these results comes with a thumbs up and thumbs down button. Your rating tells us what worked and what didn't, and helps improve future AI results.

How to give feedback

  1. Find the AI result using the table above.

  2. Click thumbs up if the result was accurate and useful.

  3. Click thumbs down if something was off. A short form opens.

  4. Select the reason that fits best.

  5. Optionally, add more detail in Additional feedback. Specifics help most, for example "She's a consultant, not a founder" or "The reply ignored her question about pricing."

  6. Click Submit Feedback.

Click Cancel to close the form without sending anything.

Lead scores

Each scored contact has an AI analyzed and scored the profile entry in their Activity history. It shows the lead score and a short explanation of how the AI arrived at it. Hover over the info icon to see a reminder that AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies.

Clicking thumbs down opens Help us improve this analysis. Choose from:

  • The lead score seems inaccurate.

  • Incorrect job title

  • Missing important profile information.

  • Too generic or not specific enough.

  • Hard to understand

  • Other.

Post engagement insights

When a contact engages with a LinkedIn post in a Sentiment Analysis campaign, their Activity history shows the engagement (for example, "Caroline commented on the post AI in 2026") with an AI Insight underneath. The insight explains what the engagement likely says about the contact's interest or buying intent.

Clicking thumbs down opens Help us improve this AI insight. Choose from:

  • The insight is incorrect.

  • The intent was misunderstood.

  • Missing important context.

  • Too generic or not actionable.

  • Hard to understand

  • Other.

AI replies

Co-Pilot suggestions

In Co-Pilot mode, the AI writes a draft reply and waits for you. The draft appears in the Message tab with an AI draft label, and the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons sit inside the draft, next to Approve & Send.

You can rate a draft before deciding what to do with it. Rating it does not send, edit, or remove the draft.

Autonomous replies

In Autonomous mode, the AI replies on your behalf. Sent AI replies are marked with the autonomous icon, and the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons appear under the message.

Reasons for replies

Clicking thumbs down opens Help us improve co-pilot suggestions or Help us improve autonomous replies, depending on the mode. Both offer the same reasons:

  • Didn't address the contact's message

  • Included incorrect or made-up information

  • Missed important details

  • Too generic or not personalized enough

  • The tone or writing style isn't right

  • Other.

If autonomous replies keep missing the mark, you can turn off Autonomous mode for that conversation and reply yourself. See AI Auto-Reply: Automated Responses for Your Campaigns.

FAQ

Does my feedback change the current score, insight, or reply? No. Feedback is used to improve future AI results. It does not change a score, insight, or message that has already been generated. To change a reply before it goes out, edit the Co-Pilot draft before you approve it.

Do I have to give feedback? No, it's optional. But even a quick thumbs up or down helps, and the reason form takes a few seconds.

Should I use thumbs up too, or only thumbs down? Both. Thumbs up tells us what good looks like, which is as useful as knowing what went wrong.

Can my contacts see my feedback? No. Feedback goes to We-Connect only and is never shown to or sent to your contacts.

What should I write in Additional feedback? Say what the correct answer would have been. For example, "Her actual title is VP of Sales" or "He was asking about a demo, not pricing." Concrete corrections are the most useful.
