How To Refresh Your IP Address

Learn how to automate LinkedIn activity from a new IP address to keep your LinkedIn account secure.

We-Connect automates activity on LinkedIn from a residential, static IP address based on your location. You can refresh the We-Connect-provided IP address at any time.

We recommend refreshing your IP address if you receive a warning or temporary restriction from LinkedIn.

How to refresh your IP address:

Step 1: From 'Settings' navigate to 'LinkedIn accounts.'

Step 2: Select the account you want to refresh the IP, and click the 'Edit' icon.

Depending on your screen size, you may need to use the gray scroll bar at the bottom or top of the chart to move your view from left to right. The 'Edit' icon is all the way on the right side of the chart.


​Step 3: Next to your IP information, click 'Refresh IP.'

We-Connect will automatically provide you with another IP address based on your selected location. If you want to change the country of origin, you can select a new country from the dropdown titled 'location.'
