We-Connect

<i>In this article, we’ll walk you through connecting a mailbox to We-Connect. </i>

To connect your Gmail account, head to the mailboxes tab found under ‘Channels’ on the main menu. 

Click Add New in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

If you have multiple seats on your plan, pick the account you’d like the mailbox to go with. Then select Gmail. 

Enter your IMAP and SMTP credentials in the text boxes provided. You can find this under ‘account settings’ in your Gmail settings.

You’ll need to create an app-specific password on Google to connect your account. We walk you through how to do so <a href="https://support.we-connect.io/en/articles/7880501-how-to-generate-a-gmail-app-password-for-your-whitelabel-app">in this article</a>. 

Click ‘add mailbox to finish connecting your mailbox to We-Connect.

2. Click Add New in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. If you have multiple seats on your plan, pick the account you’d like the mailbox to go with. Then select Gmail. 
4. Enter your IMAP and SMTP credentials in the text boxes provided. You can find this under ‘account settings’ in your Gmail settings.

6. Click ‘add mailbox to finish connecting your mailbox to We-Connect. 

To connect your Outlook account, navigate to the mailboxes tab found under ‘Channels’ on the main menu. 

If you have multiple seats on your plan, pick the account you’d like the mailbox to go with. Then select Outlook. 

Enter your IMAP and SMTP credentials in the text boxes provided. You can find this information under ‘account settings’ in your Outlook account.

1. To connect your Outlook account, navigate to the mailboxes tab found under ‘Channels’ on the main menu. 
2. Click Add New in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. If you have multiple seats on your plan, pick the account you’d like the mailbox to go with. Then select Outlook. 
4. Enter your IMAP and SMTP credentials in the text boxes provided. You can find this information under ‘account settings’ in your Outlook account.
5. Click ‘add mailbox to finish connecting your mailbox to We-Connect. 

If you don’t have a Gmail or Outlook account, there’s no need to worry. You can still connect to your mailbox to We-Connect. Here’s how to do so:

Head to the mailboxes page found under ‘Channels’ on the main menu. 

If you have multiple seats on your plan, pick the account you’d like the mailbox to go with. Then select ‘Other provider.’ 

Enter your IMAP and SMTP credentials in the text boxes provided. You can find this information in your email provider’s settings. 

1. Head to the mailboxes page found under ‘Channels’ on the main menu. 
2. Click Add New in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. If you have multiple seats on your plan, pick the account you’d like the mailbox to go with. Then select ‘Other provider.’ 
4. Enter your IMAP and SMTP credentials in the text boxes provided. You can find this information in your email provider’s settings. 
5. Click ‘add mailbox to finish connecting your mailbox to We-Connect.
